I keep getting emails to give a review. I have received 3 to be exact from NatureSutton wanting to now how they did. Or if my baby likes the products. But I haven’t even received my order yet and so I don’t know what I think of the product.
Im assuming I’ll like it if they ever come. It’s been about a month since I ordered and my order status hasn’t been updated since Dec 5th so i don’t even know if my order is on its way. I’ll try to give a review in the product if it ever shows but since I keep getting emails to write. Review this is all I’ve got

Natursutten seems to have excellent quality products made from natural materials (I ordered and received their pacifiers). However, I added the pacipouch to my order and it was never sent. I contacted customer service and they initially denied that this was part of the order. After providing the receipt with evidence of being charged, and contacting two more times, I eventually received a message that it was a mistake and it would be sent. I am still awaiting a shipping confirmation and still have not received this product. Disappointed in the customer service and fulfillment competency by Natursutten. Hopefully I can update this review with an actual review of the product, if ever received
